Fast Forward Introduces POWER FORWARD Athletics |
Fast Forward gyms exist for two purposes:
Fast Forward Sport The mission of our Fast Forward Sport gym is "to build character in young adults through athletic achievement." Over 2,000 athletes, including 100+ teams, have taken part in our sports conditioning programs to date. TESTIMONIALS I just wanted to send you a quick note about the Sun Devils and what Fast Forward has done for our team. I am convinced that the Strength training and conditioning that Fast Forward put our 14 year old Sun Devil team through starting in January 2008 has been the difference in making our team one of the best in the State. We are 30-11 on the year and 10-1 in the High School league. The training was 2nd to none and it has given a chance for our 8th graders to compete with high school kids. We continue to play at a high level with no signs of fatigue based on the program you implemented and we continue to use. Thank you for putting together a great program for the Sun Devils!!!!!! Take Care! Joe Evans
"As a first year 11 & Under team, I was concerned whether my team could 'catch up' to the competition. Power Forward has made it possible to do exactly that! Sean, Daryl, and the rest of the staff are dedicated and driven to positively move young athletes forward in their endurance, physical skills, and self-confidence. Players are given natural abilities that get you only so far; this program really helps each athlete maximize their talents. The added benefit was seeing teammates cheering each other on as they improved their strength and conditioning. I really believe that it helps the physical and mental side of the game for your entire team. It's definitely made all our players better athletes and team players!" Steve Fritton Omaha Heat 11's
Fast Forward MS Fast Forward offers the Midwest's only fitness program dedicated to keeping adults, diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), active as a search for a cure progresses. Over 275 adults afflicted with MS have attended our programs to date, with 60-70 participating in a weekly program. We have partnered with the Univ. Nebraska Medical Center and Washington University-St. Louis to complete two medical studies, with a third nearing completion, showing the benefits of exercise on improving physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Fast Forward is privileged to partner with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to debut Power Forward Athletics. Power Forward's joint mission is demonstrated via events such as athletic competitions, education and awareness curricula, and quality of life enrichment programs.
